Il percorso The journey

Ho cominciato ad ascoltare prima ancora di registrare. Una laurea in lettere tra arte, musica e spettacolo, poi il conservatorio — due mondi che non smettono di parlarsi nel mio lavoro quotidiano. La tecnica è sempre stata al servizio di qualcosa: un concerto da preservare, un'emozione da trasmettere, una storia che meritava di essere raccontata bene. I started listening before I started recording. A degree in humanities across art, music and performance, then the conservatory — two worlds that never stop talking to each other in my daily work. Technique has always been in service of something: a concert to preserve, an emotion to convey, a story that deserved to be told well.

Negli anni ho imparato a stare su tutto l'arco — dal microfono sul palco al reel pubblicato la mattina dopo. Ho lavorato con orchestre e festival, con istituzioni e broadcaster, con chi produce cultura e con chi la insegna. Ogni contesto mi ha dato qualcosa: la precisione del live, la sintesi del social, la profondità del documentario. Over the years I learned to work across the full arc — from the microphone on stage to the reel published the next morning. I've worked with orchestras and festivals, institutions and broadcasters, with those who produce culture and those who teach it. Each context gave me something: the precision of live recording, the conciseness of social content, the depth of documentary.

Oggi lavoro con chi sa che comunicare bene fa parte del progetto. La cura delle arti e la concretezza del campo — per me non si escludono, si completano. Today I work with people who know that communicating well is part of the project. The care of the arts and the pragmatism of fieldwork — for me they don't exclude each other, they complete each other.
